AS Monaco has a few hours ago, confirmed the signing of Nigerian attacking midfielder Henry Oyekuru from Everton on a five-year deal.

The deal between Everton and AS Monaco on the transfer of Hwney Onywkues was said to be around €20 million on a 5 years contract. The Nigerian never made an appearance for the Toffees where he has been sent on loan to Anderlecht and Galatasaray before this transfer.

According to the statement information released by Monaco, Henry Onyekuru trained at the Aspire Academy in Senegal, Henry Onyekuru joined Belgium and joined KAS Eupen in 2015. In his first season, he scored 6 goals in 19 games and contributed to the accession to the Jupiler Pro League. from his club.

For his first season in the Belgian elite (2016-2017), he finished co-top scorer with a total of 22 goals.

International Nigerian (11 caps), the dribbler took third place in the Super Eagles at the 2019 African Cup of Nations.
