The ‘Japa’ music crooner, appeared in Court on Monday spotting a white T.shirt and a black pant, accompanied by the officials of the EFCC. His family members watched on as he was being escorted into the dock, but his mother could not hold back her tears spotting her child being led into the courtroom at about 9: 46 am inside the heavy downpour in Lagos.

According to reports, the Monday proceeding was however stood down by Justice Nicholas Oweibo upon commencement due to the absence of the defence team. This made the court to adjourn sitting till May 30th when the musician’s application for bail will be heard.
