Singer Kelly Clarkson confirmed that she had an appendix operation hours after she hosted the 2019 Billboard Awards at the MGM Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Wednesday. She said after the award ceremony, she went straight to the operating room to have the appendix removed.
Kelly Clarkson taking to her Twitter handle, made this post confirming her operation. She said:
“Not gonna lie…I may or may not have broken down in tears after the show from pain.”
“BUT thanks 2 all the amazing people @ Cedars-Sinai I flew home directly after the event, nailed the surgery early this morning, & feeling awesome now! Bye bye appendix.” she said.
