Soulja Boy bags eight months prison sentence for allegedly violating his probation earlier this year.
The rapper has been behind bars ever since he was found to be in violation of his probation, so he’s been given credit for 40 days served. He was also admonished by the judge to finish his community service
Soulja Boy bags the sentence after police found ammunition at his home while executing a search warrant related to a woman’s claim he kidnapped a woman.
He was taken into custody last month and released a short time later on his own recognizance.
Soulja Boy was arrested back in 2014 for carrying a loaded firearm in public. He was then found to be in violation of his probation in 2016 after he was found to be in possession of a firearm.
He was sentenced to five years probation in 2017. This is as per The Blast magazine
