Britney Spears had a few weeks ago checked herself into the Mental facility after it was reported that she was being affected by the state of health of her father. But it was later reported that she was actually suffering a severe mental breakdown, and was rushed into the facility for her own good.

Spears’ release comes days after she was spotted multiple times out in Los Angeles, including a 24-hour leave to spend time with Asghari over the Easter holiday.
