Popular nightclub owner and philanthropist Shina Peller wins his election into the House of Representatives to now represent Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Kajola/Iwajowa federal constituency in the ongoing general election.

Shina Peller wins the House of Representatives election against all odds, and as a first-timer who nobody really gave a chance to win, running against experienced politicians from theIseyin/Itesiwaju/Kajola/Iwajowa federal constituency from Oyo State.

It was never going to be an easy ride even with the full backing of Governor Ajimobi, but he came through with a win, defeating other candidates to clinch the seat for the All Progressives Congress (APC) which is the ruling party in the State.

Shina Peller before now, was sure of his victory, as a few weeks after picking up his nomination and interest form in Abuja, he had put up this post about his intention to run. He had said this:

“Talk is cheap, so yesterday, I took another step forward towards the realization of my vision for sustainable development in the Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Kajola/Iwajowa federal constituency.

I am fully ready to give my constituents purposeful representation devoid of selfishness and greed, I want to prove to all that no elective position is too small to make a positive impact, and to make my constituency a point of good reference to all and sundry. Once we are united and we share a common vision the sky is the limit. Together we can.” he had said.

Shina Peller a few hours ago took to the same social media where he had announced his intention to run for a post in the 2019 general elections to let his followers and people of Oyo know that he has been declared the winner of the House of Representatives elections. He said:

“Thank God and everyone that contributed to this victory. A big thank you to the good people of Iseyin, Itesiwaju, Kajola and Iwajowa. I am truly humbled and honoured for the confidence you have in me.
This victory is for all of us and the breakthrough we seek is here!

And together we did!”
