The Nigerian Troops of 25 Task Force Brigade Chibok and 28 Task Force Brigade Damboa has neutralised two high profile Boko Haram Commanders in Borno State, during a clearance operations which is still ongoing.
This latest news is coming after the Nigerian Army who only a few hours ago, repelled Boko Haram attack on a suburb in Maiduguri in Borno State on Saturday evening.
In a statement released a while ago, the Nigerian Army said it has successfully neutralized two top Boko Haram Commanders known as Abul RAJAL and Tuja Sa’inna Bannki, who were both killed in the clearance operations some few days ago. The statement from the Nigerian Army confirming this reads:

“Gallant Troops Neutralize High Profile BHT Commanders. Recall that Troops of 25 Task Force Brigade Chibok and 28 Task Force Brigade Damboa, embarked on Joint Clearance Operations from Gumsuri to Gambori in Borno State,on 9 November 2018, where they successfully cleared and liberated some villages.
Reports just reaching Headquarters Nigerian Army, has confirmed that 2 high profile Boko Haram Terrorists commanders named ; Abu RAJAL and Tuja Sa’inna Banki were killed during the clearance operations.
The Chief Of Army Staff Lt Gen TY Buratai has commended the gallant troops and urged them to carry out further incursions and clearance operations to ensure that the remnants of the BHT are completely wiped out.”
