Toke Makinwa has a few hours ago taken to her social media page to share a little story of her journey, which she has already revealed in her book titled “on becoming”.
The media personality and beautician explains how grown she has become. She said:
On this throw back Thursday I really just want to thank everyone who’s come on this journey to becoming more with me. Our stories are so important, if we don’t tell them someone else will tell it for us.
They are all we’ve got. Remember that someone’s breakthrough lies in your ability to be bold in the midst of fear, to rise from all your setbacks and in your resolve not to be defined by your past. Thank God we don’t look like what we’ve all been through but as we thank God, light another’s torch, speak life to yet another person, share, keep sharing on your journey.
