Mr Adesina: Buhari Could Have Dealt With Fayose, But He let Him Be

The Governor of Ekiti State Mr. Ayodele Fayose has taken to his social media page to issue a statement telling the people of Ekiti state ahead of the forthcoming Governorship election in the state which will hold on July 14th, 2018, that he is behind them, saying henceforth, anyone arrested by the candidate of the All Progressive Congress and a former Governor of the State Dr. Fayemi and the Nigerian police and Directorate of Secret Service on the Ekiti election issue, such a person shall get N50,000 for each night spent in detention. Lol

As hilarious as this statement might sound, it is something no one should overlook especially the security agencies, as such statement can easily incite violence or push people to go against the law, so as to get the 50,000 naira reward as promised by Ayo Fayose.

Just yesterday the stakeholders meeting organized by both the Independent National Electoral Commission and the Nigeria police headed by their separates heads were in Ado-Ekiti to sensitize voters and the candidates on the July 14th Governorship elections, but the gathering which was hitherto peaceful was disrupted by some persons in the meeting.
The Governor who is a member of the Peoples Democratic Party and an alleged godfather to his Deputy Governor Professor Kolapo Olusola is making sure his party is victorious come July 14th. He said:

Henceforth,  anyone that is arrested illegally by Fayemi and his rampaging Policemen and DSS on this election issue will get N50k for each night spent in detention.
