Former Vice President of Nigeria Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has condemned the bomb blast in Borno state on Sunday, as he condoles with families of the victims in the ugly incident.

The former Vice President who shared his condolence message on his social media condemned the killings that saw many killed and other injured, saying it was with shock he received the news, saying they were senseless killing. He said:

I received with great concern, news of yet another attack in Borno with scores killed and many injured. My prayers and thoughts are with families of the deceased and injured even as I convey my deepest condolences over this needless loss of lives.
