This case is getting more interesting by the minutes, as Senator Dino Melaye has raised another alarm and threats to his life. In a new social media message, claimed his brother Moses has been arrested, at his gate.
The Senator who had earlier shared a photo of a group of people whom he called solidarity groups who came to show him support and stop the police from arresting him, said his brother who could have been part of those at the gate, was arrested.
Taking to his social media page, he said:
My brother Moses and his friend have just been arrested by the police in front of my house
We are in a civil society. No warrant and case is in court yet this lawlessness. I’m a responsible NIGERIAN and law abiding. There is a plan to kill me and I know about it. We are not in a banana Republic. I can not be silenced. @BBCBreaking AFRICA @BBCBreaking
