Zlatan Ibrahimovic is a man of his words and a man that waste no time in closing a chapter when he feels he is done with such. So, it was not a surprise to see him exit the club he single-handedly gave the Europa Cup last season, and was the highest goal scorer in the club, at age 35.
He played 53games for the club, scoring a total of 29goals with 10 assists, winning the Community Shield, Carling Cup, and Europa Cup all in his two seasons at a Manchester United player.
Earlier in the day, the rumour was out that he has signed for United State club, LA Galaxy a club well known for his stars both present and in the past. It is a club also with former Manchester United and Real Madrid forward, David Beckham’s signature written all over it; so we were never in doubt as to where he might end up next.

In his usual self, Zlatan took to his Instagram page to say his goodbye and one which can never be beaten or forgotten in all the goodbyes we have seen and yet to been seen by anyone. Using the image of a supposed Red Devil to represent Manchester United, the player pictured himself as the good guy and angel separating himself from the Devil….does this photo mean it was a bitter ending to his United career? iamzlatanibrahimovic: Great things also come to an end and it is time to move on after two fantastic seasons with Manchester United. Thank you to the club, the fans, the team, the coach, the staff and everybody who shared with me this part of my history. #foreverred
