Mavins Record Artiste, Korede Bello has been spotted in a photo shoot with the Inspector General of Nigerian Police Force. The ‘I Don Get Alert’ musical crooner, who shared the photo on his social media page, is part of some selected Nigerian celebrities by the Nigerian Police Force to help promote and repair the battered image of the police force. It is called ‘Entertainers and the Police’, and these few actors and actresses together with some musicians such as Korede Bello will be on the streets to help promote the image of the police. It is a form of them being an Ambassadors to the Nigerian Police, but without any monetary incentive, just a way of contributing to the policing in the country, especially Lagos State.
A movie is also rumoured to be underway, as a form of educating the populace on Policing in Nigeria, in order to bridge the gap between the Police and the people they are policing.

The Inspector General of Police, Mr Idris Ibrahim who has come under a lot of criticism of late, is battling to save the face of the police force and doing so with other officers and from other states of the federation. It will be good to see some of our celebrities as actual police officers, and not just the ‘Ambassador thing’ they are doing, image an Olamide being drafted to Mushin, Ikorodu and Bariga as a police officer to checkmate crime in those zones…trust me, without him asking, people will willingly volunteer information that will lead to a drop in crime in these areas and environ.
Korede Bello who have had an incredible career since his first single put up the photo of himself and the IGP with this caption:
