I feel some of these Chelsea players with Barcelona links would rather see a Barcelona side progress to the quarter-final than their own team. If not, how can one explain the gesture of Pedro’s message to Barcelona and fans thanking them for the ‘warm reception’ he received at the Camp Nou? Wrong timing don’t you think? or did he enjoyed the facts that his team lost and his other team closest to his heart won? I might be wrong, but such gestures are left a day or two after such a terrible loss. Hopefully, he retracts his statement or gives an apology just like Romelu Lukaku and Manchester United ‘hiding faces’…lol
Pedro who came on in the final last few minutes of the game, got a rousing applause from the Barca fans, and rather than show some remorse on them losing the game, took to his social media page to send this message:/

pedro17_:Gracias a todos en el Camp Nou por un recibimiento inolvidable y muy emotivo. Siempre en el corazón
Thanks to everyone at Camp Nou for such an unforgettable and emotional welcome, Always in my heart
Clearly he cares more about himself than his club and teammates, and this message he put out on his Instagram page, says it all…
