Since his emergence to the United Kingdom’s music scene, especially the rap genre, the big black rapper Micheal Ebenazer Kwadjo Omari Owu, popularly known by his stage name, Stomzy, has never looked back.
The rapper who has won so many International awards, has never fail to churn out venomous punch lines, just as he also cannot stop winning the awards. So, after Winning the award for British Album of the year, Gang Sign, it was not surprising to see him tear into the British Prime Minister, Theresa May.
Stormzy who performed one of his hit single, which was well applauded, took to his mic to vent on the horrible accident that happened at the Grrenfel tower. The rapper dishing out some of his new lines, rubbished the Prime Minister’s poor handling of the horrible fire disaster that took so many life (over 71 people killed) at the Grenfel Towel. Hopefully the Prime Minister wont reply asking Stormzy to ‘Shut up and rap’…He said:
‘Like yo Theresa May where’s the money for Grenfell?’ he raps before pausing and then angrily shouting: ‘What you thought we just forgot about Grenfell?’
‘You criminals, and you got the cheek to call us savages. You should do some jail time you should pay some damages,we should burn your house down and see if you can manage this.’
