In the wake of the public hearing of the Nigerian Senate on fighting drug abuse in the country, some state such as Lagos State which is one of the States where the menace is high, has keyed into the movement, as they unveiled Asisat Oshoala as the Ambassador for this. 
The three time African Footballer of the year, who is also Lagos State Youth Ambassador, has been chosen to lead the campaign in the State, through the State Ministry of Youth and Social Development. The Chinese based footballer, shared some of the unveiling pictures on her Instagram page. See some of them:
