Popular American singer, Tamar Braxton wears the Yoruba traditional attire as she visits her future inlaws in Nigeria with her family and her Nigerian-American boyfriend, David Adefeso. This visit is coming a few days after her sister who is also a singer and soul queen, Toni Braxton was in the country for the 60th birthday bash of Nigerian media mogul, Nduka Obaigbena where she was one of those that performed at the event.
Tamar Braxton who on Saturday shared some photos from her visit, where she is in a group photograph with her boyfriend, David Adefeso, her son Logan, her sister Towanda and her partner and producer, Sean, all embellished in the traditional Yoruba attire depicting royalty, captioned the photo with:
“Coming to Nigeria”
The photographs she shared on her Instagram account showed that her team and herself were at the popular Nike Art Gallery which an art gallery in Lekki Lagos owned by Nike Davies-Okundaye. The art gallery which has received a lot of visitors from the diaspora welcomed Tamar Braxton, her family and David Adefeso in their usual way, with dancing and drumming as David the son of the soil, who was clearly enjoying himself in the video shared, danced away with joy while others looked on.
Since her first post of her visit to Nigeria, her comment section has been on fire with mostly Nigerians commenting, and appreciating her love for the country and motherland, that even the Beyonce’s mother, Tina Knowles-Lawson had to comment on the post. Although David and Tamar since their meeting have not hidden their love for each other, as their constant social media posting has shown, but fans cannot wait for the two love birds to take their relationship to the next stage!
This visit no doubt will do a whole lot to their relationship, and even that of her sister Towanda and her partner Sean…
