Super Eagles of Nigeria Captain, John Mikel Obi has a few hours ago, taken to his social media page to share lovely photos with his family from Nigeria.
John Mikel Obi who plays for the Chinese Super League side had earlier shared a short video of one of his daughter beating a drum as some dancers dance along to the rhythm of her drumming alongside others drumming with her.
There has been a lot of rumour going around about Mikel Obi and his family not having the best of relationship, ever since he met his Russian girlfriend and baby mama, Olga Diyachenko. Also, the alleged report that Mikel Obi’s father complained that the former Chelsea player abandoned him after he was kidnapped, will now be put to rest, as these photos say a lot about the family and their relationship with Mikel.

Obi since the Russian 2018 World Cup, is yet to feature in any of the Super Eagles games, and although he has not announced his retirement, he could be eyeing to retire after the AFCON 2019. He has missed some of the qualifying games, and the last news he released as his reasons for being absent from the National team, was because he is injured and undergoing a recovery Process.
