Meghan Markle and her husband, Prince Harry mark their second engagement anniversary with some throwback photos from their wedding and that of the birth of their son, Archie.
The royal couple who made a post on their Instagram account to celebrate the second anniversary of their engagement, shared the white and black never seen before photos celebrating the day with their fans.
The royal couple were together for 16-months before their engagement in November of 2017 and have since celebrated many milestones as a couple, including the birth of their son Archie.
The Sussex Royal account shared on Wednesday with this caption:
“On this day, two years ago: 27th of November 2017, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced the news of their engagement, later becoming Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex! They have since celebrated their wedding anniversary and welcomed their son, Archie, into the world ❤”
Meghan and Prince Harry mark the day having in mind that they will not be spending the Christmas with The Queen and the rest of the Windsors. It will possibly be their last engagement with the family, after a very troubling few months with the media, before departing to the United States for the Christmas Holidays.
A spokesperson for the couple had some weeks back said, “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are looking forward to extended family time towards the end of this month. Having spent the last two Christmases at Sandringham, Their Royal Highnesses will spend the holiday this year, as a new family, with the Duchess’s mother, Doria Ragland.”
