The governor of Kaduna state, and a member of the ruling All Progressive Party, Mallam Nasir El Rufai earlier today, celebrated his Secretary to the State Government, Mr Balarabe Lawal, as he clocks 60 today. The governor who described the SSG as hard working, and someone who is like his twin, as they both always shy from celebration, took to his Instagram page to share lovely photos of them celebrating the man who they have described as the man of the people.
The governor, putting up the photos, said:
Just like me, the SSG to the Kaduna State Government does not like celebrations but during our weekly Security Council meeting at the Government House yesterday, some Staff decided to surprise him with a cake to mark his 60th Birthday.
