Khloe Kardashian revealed that she would ‘want to be married’ before having any more children.
The 41-year-old TV personality – who recently admitted that she is ‘afraid’ to date again following her past relationship with cheating ex Tristan Thompson – opened up about the topic on the latest episode of her Khloe In Wonder Land podcast.
The Good American founder is already mom to daughter True, seven, and Tatum, three, whom she shares with Thompson.
Khloe Kardashian expressed that she isn’t sure if she’s ready to expand her family and said, ‘I don’t know if I have the bandwidth for a third.
‘And I’m also not married, and I want to be married to have more kids.’
Despite this, the reality star is thankful that her two children are close to their cousins.
Khloe Kardashian – who also has a close bond to her own famous siblings – further added of True and her cousins: ‘They’re close like sisters.’
On a previous episode of her podcast last month in January, the star got candid about suffering from Sarmassophobia – which is an intense and irrational fear of dating, love or romantic intimacy, according to Psychology Today.
It can notably lead to both avoidance and anxiety, but can also be treated through therapy.
During a conversation with her guest and older sister Kim, the mom-of-two explained, ‘It’s a tough world out there for me…
‘You know what? Now I feel like I’ve gone so long now. It’s like so scary to get back in there.’
Khloe Kardashian added, ‘Like now I’m like, I feel so safe where I am. And I hated how I felt before. That I’m like, I don’t want to go back there. But I can’t live like this forever. Like I’m afraid that I’m so afraid. Does that make sense?’
She then told her sibling that she will most likely need to undergo therapy to help her get over the fear.
Khloe Kardashian began dating her ex Thompson back in 2016 – with the pair welcoming their first child, True, in April 2018.
However, the sports player cheated on the TV personality when she was pregnant with their daughter. After the shock news broke, the pair initially remained together.
The following year in 2019, the two split after Thompson kissed Kylie Jenner’s on-and-off BFF Jordyn Woods at a party – but reconciled during the Covid-19 pandemic after they quarantined together.
In June 2021, the pair once again ended their relationship, while a source told Us Weekly at the time that the stars ‘remain amicable toward each other and will continue to coparent.’
Later that same year, Maralee Nichols sued Thompson for child support after she welcomed their son.
She had become pregnant when Thompson was still dating Kardashian – and after taking a paternity test, it was confirmed that he was the father of the baby boy.
The basketball pro issued an apology to The Kardashians star, stating ‘you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you.’
And then on July 28, 2022, the pair welcomed their second child – son Tatum – via surrogate.
Late last month in November, the media personality addressed whether she hooks up with Thompson.
On her Khloe In Wonder Land podcast at the time, she emphasized that she does not get together with her ex and has no intention of rekindling their past romance.
‘I think what I find so funny is that people are always like, “How do you let Tristan back in?” And I’m like, “Well, Tristan is not back in,”‘ Kardashian said.
‘He’s just the father of my kids, so he’s going to be around his kids and I’m really grateful that he is.’
The star continued, ‘I love that he has a great relationship with his kids. I think that’s a beautiful blessing and I’m never going to get in the way of that.
‘I think it’s so important for that relationship to maintain and be as strong as possible,’ she added.
Along with her past relationship with Thompson, she was also previously married to Lamar Odom from 2009 until their divorce was finalized in 2016.
Kardashian also focuses on balancing both her family life with her various business ventures.
However, an insider recently claimed that the TV personality is ‘not involved in strategy or operations’ for Good American, the clothing company she co-founded with Emma Grede in 2016.
A source told Us Weekly: ‘Khloe is still an investor in Good American but she has focused her time and attention on her newest podcast project and her Khloud line which she is hoping to release more new products soon.’
She launched a protein popcorn, Khloud by Khloe Kardashian, in 2025, while she’s adopted a hands-off approach towards Good American in recent years.
The insider explained: ‘She is not involved in strategy or operations for Good American but is still an ambassador.’
What’s more, Khloe has reportedly drifted apart from Grede over the last 12 months.
The source said: ‘Khloe and Emma had a working relationship that fizzled out. They aren’t close and haven’t been in awhile because they don’t work closely together anymore. It’s been like this for the last year.’
Prior to that, Kardashian revealed that her podcast was set to become ‘a little looser.’
The reality star also told People: ‘What I am definitely doing more of this season is more solo episodes. Those did really, really well, where people sort of submitted topics they wanted me to talk about.’
