Jordyn Woods and Karl-Anthony Towns announced the news in a joint post on Instagram on Christmas day with the caption, ‘Marry Christmas.’
The athlete got down on one knee as he presented the shocked Woods – who is friends with Kylie Jenner – with a ring.
The massive emerald-cut diamond ring that she showed off to the camera looked to be over 10 carats.
The model, 28, and the NBA star, 29, have been dating since May 2020 and purchased a $14million home together in Los Angeles.

This comes a year after it was revealed that Woods and Towns snapped up a new abode near her pal Jenner in LA’s Hidden Hills enclave in 2024.
TMZ reported that Jordyn Woods and Karl-Anthony Towns moved into the property, which is complete with seven bedrooms and 17 bathrooms.
The 11,000 square-foot home ‘sits on more than two acres of land,’ a source dished.
Their new digs also come with a two-bedroom guest house, ‘a 7,200-square-foot spa/sports/gym/entertainment pavilion, a large barn with space for seven horses, and garages to accommodate six cars.’
Other amenities include a pastry station, walk-through pantry, 350-bottle wine fridge, regulation-size tennis court, 13-seat home theater, mud room, and gift-wrap room.
Woods and Towns were longtime friends before they got romantically involved during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The pandemic was a tough time for Towns, who lost seven family members – including his mother Jacqueline – due to the virus.
The lovebirds celebrated their five-year anniversary on May 21.
Her thriving relationship with Towns comes six years after she faced major public scrutiny over her infamous drunken 2019 kiss with Tristan Thompson, who was dating Kylie Jenner’s older half-sister Khloe Kardashian, 41, at the time.
Kylie publicly severed ties with then-BFF Woods — who she was nearly inseparable from for six years — after the scandal broke. The kiss also led to Khloe splitting up from baby daddy Tristan for the second time.
Although Woods initially denied that anything had happened between the two, she later revealed that they locked lips during an interview on Red Table Talk with Jada Pinkett Smith in March 2019.
‘I was drunk. I was not tipsy, I was drunk. But I was not beyond the point of recollection. I know where I was. But, on the way out [of Tristan’s house] he did kiss me,’ she recalled.
The model continued, ‘No passion, no nothing. On the way out he just kissed me. It was a kiss on the lips. No tongue kiss, no making out. Nothing. I don’t think he’s wrong either, because I allowed myself to be in this position.’
Infamously, after Jordyn’s Red Table Talk interview aired, Khloe insisted over Twitter, ‘You ARE the reason my family broke up!’
However, Khloe had a change on tune in 2021 when she told Andy Cohen that she had ‘forgiven’ both Jordyn and Tristan for their ‘mistake.’
After a four-year falling out, Woods and Jenner reunited in June 2023 for the first time since the scandal.
Jenner spoke about their reconciliation on the most recent season of Hulu’s The Kardashians.
The makeup mogul explained to viewers that after reconciling following their fallout, they developed ‘a lot more like healthy distance in the relationship.’
‘Now it’s like, we talk once a month. I think what I do love now is that the narrative about us online is also over. Like when we were seen leaving that restaurant, it was a story for a day or two days or whatever, and then now it’s like over,’ she said.
‘People know that we’re cool and no one’s talking about it anymore,’ the mother-of-two told her sister Khloe.
Since then, Jenner and Woods have continued to hangout — most recently they attended Rosalia’s star-studded birthday party in Paris, France.
On TikTok last month, Jenner surprised fans by uploading footage of herself during a night out with Woods, 26, and her other longtime pal, Anastasia ‘Stassie’ Karanikolaou, 27.
The post began with Jenner standing front and center between her friends as she lip synced over audio of her sister, Kim Kardashian, saying: ‘Okay guys, we’re back!’
‘Did you miss us?’ Woods asked, before leaning in close to the Kylie Cosmetics founder and resting her head on Jenner’s shoulder.
The camera, then, panned to Karanikolaou, who interjected: ”Cause we missed you!’
