Orlando bloom showed off his gym face as he worked on his pecs during an early morning work out on Friday.
The actor, 48, took to Instagram to share mirror selfies while exercising as he posed with a wincing red face as he went through a tough morning in the gym.
Orlando Bloom captioned the clip ‘not that face’ with a laughing emoji and then zoomed into a digital clock that showed it was 5:59am.
Orlando Bloom rocked a sporty look wearing a basic white T-shirt and black shorts with socks and trainers.
The star then became very amused in a later video where he found a wild bird in his garage.
Orlando Bloom recently lost a dramatic amount of weight for his role in psychological thriller movie The Cut, which focuses on how boxers cut to drop weight categories.
On an episode of This Morning, host Rylan Clark, 36, and the actor discussed the gruelling regime he underwent to shed the pounds.
Rylan pointed out: ‘Your physical transformation was absolutely insane, what you had to do. How did you manage?’
Orlando Bloom said: ‘I wouldn’t recommend to anyone at home, it’s not something to take lightly. I had a great nutritionist.
‘I was recommended by one of my agents who worked with Christian Bale on some stuff, so he was checking my bloods and stuff.
‘He basically tiered me down from a three meals a day to two, to one.
‘Suddenly all these foods were being taken away from me and my protein powder was the last one. I was like “No! Don’t take that one.”
‘Then basically I came down to [eating] just tuna and cucumber for the last three weeks.
‘We shot the film in reverse chronological order because of the weight. I had no energy or brain power.
‘Mentally, physically, I was hangry. I was a horrible person to be around.’
Meanwhile, Russell Brand – who was married to Katy Perry before her relationship with Orlando – broke his silence on her dating Justin Trudeau as he said he was ‘okay’ with her seeing Orlando.
The outspoken entertainer, 50, brought up his former marriage to the Firework singer, 41, from 2010-2012, while speaking to a conservative audience for the group founded by the late Charlie Kirk.
Brand tied politics into the discussion of Perry’s new romance with the left-leaning politician, 53.
‘Look, Katy Perry, I was married to her,’ the Get Him To The Greek star said. ‘I love her still, and I’m glad that her mom’s in the room to hear me say this – but look.’
Brand said that Perry’s relationship with Trudeau rubs him the wrong way, as he was not as put off by her past romance with actor Orlando Bloom, 48.
‘I was okay with Orlando Bloom, but Justin Trudeau?’ Brand said. ‘Come on, man! Don’t put me in a category with that guy.’
