Taylor Swift revealed that she loves to sew children’s purses and baby blankets during her appearance on boyfriend Travis Kelce’s New Heights podcast Wednesday – and even shared a sweet detail of her relationship with Jason Kelce’s four daughters, DailyMail reports
According to the report by DailyMail, Taylor Swift appeared on the show Wednesday evening as she sat beside boyfriend Travis and was interviewed by his brother and podcast co-host, Jason.
As the podcast went on, Taylor Swift revealed that she loves doing ‘homey’ activities, which include sewing and baking sourdough bread.
‘I’d say all my hobbies could be categorized as hobbies that you could have had in the 1700s,’ Taylor Swift joked.
‘I like to sew, I specialize, as you know, in children’s purses and baby blankets, I make two things, and that’s it,’ she said.
‘I do know that very well,’ Jason said in response, suggesting that his daughters have been the recipients of the gifts.
Taylor Swift also revealed that she likes to paint and cook during her time off from performing and touring.
Right now, she said she is especially fixated on baking sourdough, and loves to try out different flavors.
Taylor Swift shared that she was trying to nail down the funfetti flavor for Jason and his wife Kylie’s four daughters – Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and newborn Finnley.
‘This one I’ve been workshopping for the girls because they love everything rainbow, funfetti sourdough,’ she said.
‘Oh my gosh, that’s going to blow their minds,’ Jason said.
‘No, it will,’ Taylor said. ‘They love sprinkles, we put sprinkles in everything when we hang out.’
She also joked that she’s always sending her friends different loaves of her bread, and trying to get feedback on her various recipes.
At one point, the singer also admitted that she loves cooking blogs, prompting laughter from her partner, who suggested that the blog owners would be thrilled to know Taylor is a reader.
During the podcast, she also spoke about reclaiming her masters, her new album, The Life of a Showgirl, and her newfound love for football.
Her podcast comes just a few months after Jason told Entertainment Tonight about the first time that Taylor met their newborn, Finn.
‘We were fortunate to have them all in,’ Jason told the outlet at the time.
‘It doesn’t happen often – everyone’s really busy – but it was really special.’
However, Jason joked that his second youngest, Bennett, was still warming up to the new baby.
‘Benny, she’s been struggling,’ he said at the time.
‘But she finally told the new baby “I love you” recently,’ he revealed, ‘so that was a big step for us.’
The Life of a Showgirl will be released on October 3.
