Controversial Nollywood actress, filmmaker and businesswoman, Iyabo Ojo has said that she is a super proud mother, as her daughter Pricilla Ojo married her heartthrob and singer Juma Jux in far away Tanzania.
Iyabo Ojo who in the past few days has constantly shared some snaps and videos of events in far away Tanzania with family members and friends, on Thursday 13th February took to her official social media handle to share a heartfelt message not just to her daughter and newly adopted son, but to her friends and family members who have been celebrating with her family and those who even travelled to Tanzania to witnessed the marriage ceremony.
Iyabo Ojo started off her message by thanking God first, where she said:
“I stand before you today, overwhelmed with joy and gratitude. My words may be long, but they come from a heart filled with love and appreciation. I have spoken to my Creator, and He listened to every word. Thank you lord.
To all of you who have witnessed my journey, my struggles, and my triumphs.
Years ago, I did say ” You will pass through tunnels, but have faith; there’s light ahead. I was preaching to myself, building my own faith. And I am glad that many of you , especially single mothers, have found hope and inspiration in my journey.
Today, I am proud to say that my faith has been rewarded. I thank God for bringing an amazing son Junax into our family. You are not just a son-in-inlaw, you are my son.
Thank you for loving my daughter, Priscill, and for being an incredible man,” she said.
She continued:
“Priscilla, my adorable daughter, I am so super proud of you for making me proud. Thank you for being an amazing and wonderful daughter. Your new home is blessed and your children shall make you proud too, my jewel of inestimable value.
To everyone who is happy for us, I thank you for celebrating with us. Many joy and happiness never cease in your homes. May you witness greatness and mighty things in your children’s lives. And when they celebrate, may you not be found wanting.
Thank you God, my creator and thank you, everyone for being part of this special moment. The celebration continues,” she added.
Her post of gratitude comes amid the ongoing wedding celebrations between the happy pair.
