I’m still in doubt…..The journey of weight loss is one of immense courage, dedication and resilience. It’s a path filled with struggles…physical, emotional and mental that test the limits of one’s determination,” she started her post.

She continued by adding that:

“Every step, from overcoming self-doubt to staying consistent in the face of challenges, reflects incredible strength. Its not just about shedding weight but also about gaining confidence, discipline, and a renewed sense of self.  This journey is a testament to perseverance and serves as a powerful reminder that every effort, no matter how small, brings you closer to becoming the best version of yourself,” she added.

While rumours have spread about her weight loss and a possible use of Ozempic, the 42-year-old, Eniola Badmus who has continued to post pictures of her new body on her social media handle, has kept much of her private life out of the public eye, especially her dramatic body transformation. This is the first time she will be speaking on it publicly. But her post still did not address whether or not she has achieved this amount of weight loss through exercise or the controversial Ozempic…which ever way, we are still proud of her journey so far!

Her latest post is coming just days after she opened up about life and talks of having children of her own, urging her fans and well-wishers to keep her in their prayers.

Eniola Badmus shared the emotional moment on her Instagram with attendees of her Corporate Social Responsibility outreach, titled “Feed the Needy,” in Oshodi, Lagos in early January.

The event, which reportedly took place at Temidire Primary School in Shogunle, was a collaborative effort with Seyi Tinubu to provide much-needed support to underserved communities in the area.

Addressing the attendees at the event, Eniola Badmus, struggling to hold back her tears, expressed her heartfelt desire for children.

She said, “Please continue to pray for me. Always mention me, Eniola Badmus, in your prayers. I’m waiting on the Lord for children; I’m waiting on the Lord for kids.

“Please pray for me and for more opportunities so that I can serve you better. With your prayers and God by my side, I will continue to work together with you all and achieve a brighter and more prosperous tomorrow for many of our people. Thank you today, thank you always, and thank you forever.”

In addition to sharing her personal longing for children, the actress also took a moment to honour her late father, Alhaji Badmus, whom she said passed away seven years ago.

Requesting a brief prayer in his memory, she said, “Before I drop the mic, I would like to have a one-minute prayer for my father, who left us seven years ago,” she said.
