The loved-up couple attended the Summer Gala by Gala One at Golf Club Saint-Tropez, alongside a host of star-studded guests.
Emma Roberts, 33, flashed her huge diamond ring as she sweetly embraced Cody for a photo inside the venue.
The American Horror Story star stunned in a chic black strapless dress, while Cody opted for a quirky pair of tan trousers with black stripes.
Last week, the newly-engaged couple joint announced on Instagram that Cody popped the question.

The diamond ring looks to be around five carats with an estimated cost of £77,537 ($100,000), a rep for The Diamond Bank in Los Angeles told DailyMail.com.
The blonde beauty and her man confirmed their relationship in August of 2022 after being spotted kissing in New York City.
Just days later, the pair went Instagram official in a photo he posted of them sharing a kiss on a yacht and captioning the snap ‘sweet sweet.’
At the time, a source close to the couple told ET that New York native had ‘been very content with Cody, and they’re enjoying their relationship and time together.
‘Their friends and family are happy for the both of them and think they make a great couple,’ the insider revealed.
Since then, the pair have been inseparable and managed to keep their relationship private.
The adorable details of their relationship comes just days after she admitted that she did not want ‘to date actors anymore.’
Prior to dating the tall hunk who works in the entertainment industry, she has romanced Alex Pettyfer, Garrett Hedlund and her American Horror Story co-star Evan Peters.
She told Flaunt: ‘One day the veil was lifted and I didn’t want to date actors anymore. It’s hard, I think, for two actors to be together.
‘I’m trying to think if I’ve seen it done successfully,’ she said referencing her actor father Eric Roberts has been married for over 30 years to Crack Me Up star Eliza Garrett.
‘Also, the actors I’ve been with border on method actors, and that is something that I think is extremely difficult to be in a relationship with – at least for me, especially the characters that they were playing,’ she told the outlet.
Emma Roberts shares her only child, son Rhodes, three, with ex-boyfriend Garrett Hedlund whom she dated from 2019 to 2022.
She and Hedlund were first linked in April of 2019 after her quiet spilt from Dahmer star Evan Peters.
