Justin Timberlake was seen emerging from the Hamptons police station where he spent the night on Monday for driving while intoxicated, DailyMail reports.

According to the report by Daily Mail, Justin Timberlake was seen being led across the bridge from Sag Harbor police headquarters to the villages Justice Court on Tuesday by police officers.

A shell-shocked Timberlake looked straight ahead as he was led out by the police officers.

After a brief arraignment where Justin Timberlake was banned from driving for a year in the state of New York, he was released without bail. The singer then emerged wearing a baseball cap.

Justin Timberlake had been drinking with friends at The American Hotel bar in Sag Harbor on Monday night when he decided to get behind the wheel of his BMW X7 shortly before 12.30am.

According to a police report obtained by DailyMail, the ‘Sexy Back’ singer Justin Timberlake was pulled over after he blew past a stop sign after leaving the restaurant.

Officers said in their report that they witnessed the pop star veering across the road before they intervened, and described finding him as ‘in an intoxicated condition’.

Police described Justin Timberlake as having ‘bloodshot and glassy’ eyes, smelling strongly of alcohol, having slowed speech and was unable to divide attention.

The father-of-two was also said to have been unsteady while on foot and ‘performed poorly’ on a field sobriety test, which he ultimately failed. After being arrested and taken to a local police station he also refused to take a breathalyzer test.

Justin Timberlake was arraigned on one count of DWI and also cited for running a stop sign and for failure to stay in his lane. He is next in court on July 26 after being released without bail.

For refusing the breathalyzer test, Timberlake had his driving privileges in the state of New York suspended.

The pop star has two upcoming shows in Chicago later this week followed by back-to-back nights at Madison Square Garden in New York City next week.

A source told DailyMail ‘Justin was out to dinner with friends and there were cop cars stationed outside the restaurant, like there are most nights.

‘They look for people who are leaving after midnight who might have been drinking.’

‘Justin left at 12:30AM and was pulled over as soon as he left. Nobody was hurt and there was no drama at the scene.’

The singer, who is often referred to as the ‘Prince of Pop’ is married to actress Jessica Biel, having tied the knot in 2012.

She added, ‘The rock we climb on, we lean against. The rock that shades us from the sun.

‘And when we recline on you, as we always do, hopefully our butts will keep you eternally grounded and warm.’

The former 7th Heaven star ended the caption with a rock and red heart emoji.

‘I will always be there for you through your peaks and valleys… to lift you up and show you how high you can take this life and to pick you up when you fall.

‘And, of course, to flood you with insufferable Dad-jokes all along the way. I love you both so much. Thank you for giving me my biggest purpose.

‘Now… for today: let’s play a game where we all just chill and let Dad watch the final round of The US Open. Cheers to all the Dads out there Dad-ing! I salute you!’
