Nigerian Afrobeats 2baba has finally taken to his official social handle to send a birthday shoutout to the eldest of his sons with former girlfriend turned pastor, Sunmbo Adeoye.
2baba whose real name is Innocent Idibia and multiple award-winning singer and songwriter, taking to his official social media on Tuesday 30th April 2024, posted a series of photos of his son Zion whom he fondly calls King Zee as he completes a year older. His birthday post is coming a day late though…
He captioned the photos with these words, where he also thanked his son’s step father and his ex, for doing a good job on his kids.
“Like play like play see my tiny King Zee OO…E don tall pass me like play. Massive birthday blessings my dear son…U go reach all the levels wey you dream of…Jah guidance and protection sure for you….You make me so happy and I’m grateful to the Almighty….Nothing do you king Zion…its birthday season in my yard ooo…Bless up @Sunmboadeoye @davidoadeoye,” he said.
While 2baba praised his first baby mama and former girlfriend for doing a great job raising their kids, Sunmbo had in an interview in 2023, confessed that walking away from the singer was the best decision she made in life as it led her to eventually meeting the love of her life, Pastor Adeoye, the General Overseer and Senior Pastor of Royalty Christian Centre.
Sunmbo and Mr Idibia share two children, Nino and Zion Idibia.
Sunmbo who posted a 16th birthday shoutout to his son Zion on Monday, had these beautiful words for her son.
Her birthday message reads:
