The Great British Sewing Bee host, Sara Pascoe 42, has become a mother again, it was announced on the BBC show’s official Twitter page, Dailymail reports.
The account’s tweet, read: ‘Sending lots of love to Sara and her new baby!’, while confirming that Kiell Smith-Bynoe would step in to host the Christmas Special, Dailymail reported.
Sharing sweet snaps of her eldest child and her newborn baby with fans on Instagram this afternoon, the comedian penned: “I’ve been in a hormone hole for three weeks so excuse my lateness- allow me to introduce baby Albie. As a 42-year-old infertile woman, I can’t believe my luck to have had two children (IVF). I also can’t believe how much washing there is. I’ll see you at gigs later in the year when I’ve stopped crying every three minutes, lots of love ps last photo is @steenrasko I think his face sums up the postpartum period very well.”
Announcing her news, Sara shared a string of snaps of her adorable newborn, including one of their elder son, lovingly gazing at his younger brother. The actress and comic wrapped the little one in a sweet blue blanket as she cradled him in her arms. Meanwhile, a second snap saw her husband Steen Raskopoulos holding little Albie in his arms while also cuddling their elder son.
Her post which has racked up thousands of likes and the comments section was soon flooded with messages of celebration from her famous pals and friends. Katherine Ryan said: “I love Albie and all you four,” alongside a string of heart-eye emojis. Meanwhile, Olly Smith added: “Marvellous! Congratulations and all the love.”
Sarah Millican typed: “Ah massive congrats to you all xxx.” As one fan responded: “Welcome to the two boys club. You’ll have a lifetime of love, washing laugher and mess. Hope you’re well and your bits are healing. Take it easy mummy.”
Sara Pascoe revealed the news earlier this year that she was pregnant after experiencing fertility issues while trying for a baby.
The TV presenter revealed she was expecting again with her husband Steen Raskopoulos earlier this year in May.
She revealed the happy news on Instagram, sharing a snap in which she showcased her growing baby bump in a rainbow coloured knitted dress.
Her husband Steen delightedly beamed alongside her while holding a beer next to her stomach.
Captioning her post, Sara Pascoe penned: ‘Here we go again. Eating for two and drinking for no one.’
The couple are already parents to a son, who they welcomed in February 2020 through IVF.
Sara looked overjoyed in her post as she flashed a dazzling smile while snapping a bathroom selfie on her phone.
