Taylor Swift and Beyonce might have just broken the internet, as Swift who has been making headlines with her constant visit to NFL games, brought in a surprise guest at the world premiere of her concert film, a woman she said influenced her positively in her musical career, Beyoncé.
Taylor Swift and Beyonce posed together on the red carpet, and Swift paid tribute to Beyoncé in an Instagram post featuring the duo in a movie theater at The Grove where the Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour film’s premiere was held.
“I’m so glad I’ll never know what my life would’ve been like without @beyonce‘s influence,” Swift wrote. “The way she’s taught me and every artist out here to break rules and defy industry norms. Her generosity of spirit. Her resilience and versatility. She’s been a guiding light throughout my career and the fact that she showed up tonight was like an actual fairytale.”
Swift and Beyoncé have been on parallel tracks this year, headlining sold-out world tours that have grossed hundreds of millions of dollars. And now Beyoncé has taken a page out of Swift’s playbook, following her example by releasing a Renaissance concert film in a deal with AMC Theaters.
