The president-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu, met with the national leader of the APC, Senator Abdullahi Adamu, at the president-elect’s house called ‘Defence House’ in Abuja.
Among the participants of the meeting which was held in secret were the president of the Senate, Senator Ahmad Lawan, his deputy, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, the press secretary of the party, Senator Iyiola Omisore, and other dignitaries of the party.
After the meeting with the President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the leader of the party did not elaborate on what they discussed in the meeting.
The meeting comes two hours after Tinubu returned to the house set apart for the president-elect, two days after he returned to the country from a holiday in Europe.
On the 29th of May, Bola Ahmed Tinubu will be sworn in as the President of Nigeria who will succeed President Muhammadu Buhari.
