MC Oluomo who is the Chairman of Lagos State Parks and Garages Management, in a social media post on Saturday 17th December 2022, in his birthday message to Taye Currency, described him as the greatest gift to fuji music and has played a phenomenal role in the world’s musical history.

Taye Currency the ‘Apesin 1’ crooner who also posted about his birthday on his official social media handle confirmed that he was born on this day, 17th December 1974, in Oyo State capital of Ibadan.
