Nigerian social activist and rapper Folarin ‘Falz’ has shared a steamy series of new photos, as he spoke about his growth and identity as a black man and what it means to be black.
The birthday boy and rapper Folarin shared the steamy new photos to his social media handle on Thursday, and revealed to fans that he now has a more clearer picture about who he is as a man.
“As I grow, I see a much clearer picture of who I am as a man.
A BLACK MAN.
The beauty that is my African-ness.
The genius in my DNA.
I know every false bit of information about my Identity.
Black is not evil…Black is sexy AF.
Black is not slave….Black is King.
Black is not death…Black is eternal shine.
Black is impeccable rhythm.
Black is unmatched swag.
Let’s toast to entering into who I am.
A goodly being,” he added.
The rapper posted the photos on his official Instagram page which featured him sitting shirtless with just a brown coloured satin like wrapper carefully placed around his waist. He showed off his blackness in the photos, which was taken in a studio. And the photos were clearly a virtual interpretation of his short poem about his identity and blackness.
Meanwhile, fans and fellow celebrities alike have taken to the comment section of his Instagram page to register different comments about the photos and his caption of them.
