Tristan Thompson has reportedly issued a cease-and-desist to Sydney Chase over her claims in a podcast that they allegedly hooked up.
According to Fox News, Chase said on the ‘No Jumper’ podcast when asked about Thompson’s ‘uncut’ p***s.
She said, “It was a peek-a-boo d**k, but, baby, it was good.”
“He told me he was not in a relationship anymore, so I said OK. We talked, we hung out multiple times, we went out together, everything,” she alleged.
Chase claimed she flat-out asked the NBA star — who reconciled his relationship with the 36-year-old Kardashian, last summer — “Are you single?” and he allegedly responded, “Yes.”
“It happened, and then I found out he was not single, and I cut him off,” she said.
Adam John Grandmaison, the host of the “No Jumper” podcast had on Tuesday told Page Six that he erased the initial video because of the cease-and-desist he received from Thompson’s attorney, Marty Singer.
“Yeah, we got a cease-and-desist and deleted it,” Grandmaison shared. “Honestly, I wouldn’t have posted it in the first place if I knew it was going to mess up a relationship.”
The cease-and-desist, states that Chase made “numerous false and defamatory statements” about Tristan Thompson on the podcast.
“You recklessly allowed Ms. Chase to make outlandish false statements about my client on the podcast without seeking to verify her claims in any way,” the letter continues.
“No Jumper” since has reuploaded the video but edited out the portion in which Chase makes her claims about Thompson’s “peek-a-boo d–k.”
“I try to avoid the ‘exposing’-style interviews these days,” Grandmaison added.
Singer also sent a cease-and-desist to Chase, but she hasn’t responded.
“It is obvious that you are a liar,” the letter to Chase reads. “…Your claim that you had a relationship with Mr. Tristan Thompson is pure fiction.
The purported texts you claim exist are equally fictitious, and they put words in my client’s mouth that he never said that are contrary to his thoughts and feelings. This is defamatory.”
The letter also demands Chase provide any texts she allegedly received from Thompson for review, as texts can be “manipulated and faked.”
“We are confident that any texts you may claim to have would not withstand such scrutiny. The truth would be revealed – that your story about my client is fabricated,” the letter continues.
“Of course, we doubt you will allow us to review any purported texts since our examination of the texts would confirm that they are a sham.”
Chase claimed that she never received a cease-and-desist.
A source close to Thompson said the situation is a he-said, she-said and that Chase is using the recent scandal, which has no merit, to cash in on 15 minutes of fame. Chase also hasn’t shared any evidence of their alleged tryst.
She has allegedly pitched a reality series to the Zeus Network, which features Blac Chyna, after the interview went viral.
Following the podcast, Chase took to TikTok to double down on her allegations and even claimed 30-year-old Thompson reached out to her again after the interview aired.
While Thompson’s girlfriend, Khloé Kardashian, hasn’t publicly commented on the scandal, the 36-year-old “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star did allegedly send Chase DMs over Instagram asking for their conversation to remain private which it obviously didn’t.
That hasn’t stopped Khloé from sharing cryptic but pointed quotes on her Instagram Stories.
“People who don’t hesitate to share a kind word or do a good deed to brighten someone else’s day are the best kind of people,” read the quote by Sonia Sabnis, which Kardashian shared after the interview aired.
The Good American founder continued to share affirmations Tuesday morning, posting, “There’s nothing going on in your life that God is not fully aware of. He remembers the promises He has made you and He knows every detail necessary to fulfill those promises. He is ordering your steps into those promises.”
