Britney Spears’ ex-husband Jason Alexander was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

According to reports, Britney Spears’ ex-husband, Jason was taken into custody last month in Nashville. He was booked on three misdemeanour charges including driving under the influence, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, and possession or casual exchange of a controlled substance. Jason reportedly refused to participate in a blood alcohol content test.

Britney infamously married Jason back in 2004 while partying in Vegas. The marriage lasted 55 hours and was quickly annulled by her parents.

Jason has been making headlines in the past couple of months. Last month, Britney’s ex was present for the attempted coup in Washington D.C. A photo was making the rounds on social media showing a man that looked like Jason posing in front of the crowd while wearing a beanie with 45 on it.

Before the protest, Jason was seen at a #FreeBritney event outside the Los Angeles Superior Court in August 2020. He travelled from Nashville to LA to speak out against the court-ordered conservatorship.
