Singer, Rita Ora is reported to have been told off by her parents, for breaking lockdown restriction celebrating her 30th birthday party.

Rita Ora who have since apologised twice for breaking lockdown restrictions, after it emerged that she threw a birthday party at a London restaurant with 30 guests while the city was still under strict lockdown restrictions, got a slap on the wrist from mum and dad. Her parents according to the report by The Sun told her off over the breaches.

A source told The Sun: ‘Her parents have been the latest to step in and have words with her.

‘Her mum Vera visited her on Sunday to give her a real ticking off. And then Rita’s dad Besnik took her out for a long walk to discuss what had happened.

‘Rita knows she has made mistakes and is heartbroken that she’s caused so much pain and disappointment to her fans — let alone her family.’ The Fifty Shades Of Grey star reportedly took her parents’ advice on board.

This comes after Vera reportedly hit out at those seemingly not following social distancing advice in London. The psychiatrist, who returned to work during the pandemic, reportedly shared a picture of shoppers on a crowded Regents Street to her private Instagram, and wrote:
‘Can’t believe this, has the virus disappeared already?’ Rita has issued two apologies over the last week, following her much-publicised ‘spur of the moment’ party at Casa Cruz in Notting Hill.

She offered to pay a £10,000 fine for her actions, and said: ‘I attended a small gathering with some friends to celebrate my 30th birthday.

‘It was a spur of the moment decision made with the misguided view that we were coming out of lockdown and this would be OK… I’m deeply sorry for breaking the rules and in turn undersatnd that this puts people at risk.

‘This was a serious and inexcusable error of judgement. Given the restrictions, I realise how irresponsible these actions were and I take full responsibility.’ Then, it emerged that The Masked Singer judge had flown to Egypt before her party and did not follow government rules to quarantine for 14 days upon her return to the UK.
She said: ‘I recently flew to Egypt to perform at a corporate event for a private company, where y travel party followed protocol and presented negative Covid tests upon entry, as required by Egyptian authorities.

‘Upon my return to Britain, I should have followed government advice and isolated myself for the required period. As you know, I didn’t follow government advice and for that I apologised earlier this week.

‘I apologise again, unreservedly. I would like to add that I have been tested subsequently, including today, and remain negative for Covid-19 and the same is true for all members of my immediate family who form my support bubble.’

Rita also begged others not to follow her lead, and said the ‘guilt and shame’ over her mistake is not worth it.
