Nigerians are reacting to the alleged Photoshop image of arrested criminals, shared by the Nigerian Police Force. The alleged Photoshop image of the suspected criminals was shared on their official Twitter handle on Tuesday.
Since we are not experts in that field, we cannot substantiate these claims on the shared image by the Nigerian Police Force. But the Nigerian Police Force had on Tuesday, 1st December 2020, shared the alleged image of the two arrested suspected criminals with a tweet that reads:
“#PhotoNews: L-R: Duleji Alhaji Abubakar a.k.a Ori jeje and Talatu Ibrahim from whom six (6) AK49 rifles were recovered,” the tweet said as a caption.
The alleged Photoshop image, showed two suspects, a male and a female. The female can be spotted wearing a black hijab, and the male dressed in a black shirt. Both were photographed standing in front of some weapons, believed to have been found with them by the Nigerian Police.
No further information or details were given on the arrested criminals, as Nigerians took to the comment section of the official Twitter handle of Nigerian Police Force to call them out. They accused the Nigerian Police of misleading Nigerians with the post, which they described as fake news.
