Dan Gosling was the saviour for Eddie Howe, and Bournemouth at the Bridge, as his goal late in the second half in the game between them and Chelsea saw them take home all three points away from home. This will be their first win after five defeats in a row, with Chelsea losing again after a disappointing result at Everton.

The game at the Bridge saw Chelsea losing again to a struggling side, and it will be the third time they will be losing. They lost against West Ham at home, lost against Everton, and now against a struggling Bournemouth.

Chelsea manager, Frank Lampard seems to be struggling with his starting eleven, and with his substitutions during the games. But full credit goes to Bournemouth’s manager, Eddie Howe who seems to cherish playing at the Bridge, as his team set up made it very difficult for Chelsea players to have any impact in the full 90 minutes.

Here was the reactions from Eddie Howe after the game:

“It’s been a really difficult run, a lot of soul searching has gone on. We’ve lost a lot of players to injuries and we had to step up to a really tough test today.

“We had to come up with something slightly different because if you do the same things you get the same result.

“In the second half I thought we were a real threat in the match and we could have scored more. Our goalkeeper at the other end made some big saves.”

He also praised the goal scored by Dan Gosling, saying:

“I had a good view of the run from deep and he has this habit of finding a goal and finding space but it was a long, long wait (for the VAR check”).
