New England Patriots sack Antonio Brown over rape accusations

Antonio Brown has been alleged to have sexually assaulted his former female trainer, after the woman filed a lawsuit against the football player on Tuesday in a US federal court.

According to the report, the former trainer whose name was given as Britney Taylor, was reported to have accused the New England Patriots receiver Antonio Brown of sexually assaulting her on three separate occasions.

The first alleged incident came in 2017, with Taylor alleging that Antonio Brown “exposed himself and kissed her without consent.”

A month later, while at Taylor’s home, she claims Brown masturbated near her without her knowledge and ejaculated on her back, then later bragged about it in a series of text messages.

The third incident happened in 2018, where she says after a night out in Miami she went back to AB’s home to use the bathroom and eat, and the football star “forced her down onto a bed, pushed her face into the mattress, and forcibly raped her.”

All these we cannot substantiate, but according to the report by the blast, a court document showed that Brown and Taylor attended the same college and reconnected years later where she was hired as one of his fitness trainers.

She now claims she has “near-daily panic attacks and suicidal ideations,” as a result of the trauma, the report said.

The lawsuit seeks in excess of $75,000.

Taylor also released a statement saying, “As a rape victim of Antonio Brown, deciding to speak out has been an incredibly difficult decision, I have found strength in my faith, my family, and from the accounts of other survivors of sexual assault.”

Brown’s lawyer, Darren Heitner, responded saying the two were involved in a “consensual personal relationship. Any sexual interaction with Mr. Brown was entirely consensual.”

Antonio Brown, has been in the news in the last few weeks, after having a blowout with the GM of the Oakland Raiders. He was released by the team, and immediately signed a deal worth $15million with the New England Patriots, and this some people are alleging could have been the motive behind all the allegations, the report added.

Again, we are in no place to say whether or not these incidents did or did not happen, as we wait to see how the lawsuit progresses. But no official statement yet from Brown and the Patriots.
