Cardi B reacts to Jay Z partnering the NFL

Cardi B reacts to the news of Jay Z becoming a part-owner of an National Football League (NFL) team on Friday. The rapper who is slowly becoming a force and voice to be reckoned with in America, especially in politics, weighed into the controversy surrounding the deal that is yet to be announced by parties involved.

Cardi B as reported by TMZ, while leaving the Bryant Park Hotel after a night of celebrating Jason Lee’s birthday with Wendy Williams, and boy, spoke about Bernie Sanders and the NFL deal with Jay Z, she praised the move that could eventually resolve some of the issues already raised.

She was asked about her interview with Bernie, to which she said “too slick” for a talk show. But touching on the deal that seems to have seen stars taking sides, which is the deal between Jay Z and NFL.

Speaking on the partnership, Cardi has a different view, saying she believes Jay Z will change the culture in the League and might even get Colin Kaepernick a quarterback gig. She has taken a side on the whole issue which could undermine the whole kneeing campaign of Colin Kaepernick. It is just a matter of time, as once the deal is signed, the whole kneeling campaign which seems to have become more of a political movement, will be a thing of the past, as most people feel Colin should jump on the boat with Jay Z and seek a better way to resolve all issues.

Jay Z already said that the people have gone past the phase of kneeling during a media conference while announcing his partnership deal with the NFL. He said everybody understood what the problem was and what started the whole kneeling campaign, which was about Police brutality and injustice in the American system, and clearly has nothing to do with the NFL, a league dominated by African-Americans.

…more reactions are still coming on the whole NFL-JayZ deal….
