The sexual assault charges against embattled Hollywood star, Kevin Spacey has been dropped, as the victim who is a potential witness to the case refuses to show up in court.
Kevin Spacey was accused of
groping a man at a bar in Nantucket and although he has denied this allegations, the Dukes County District Attorney Michael O’Keefe stated they were dropping the charges due to “the unavailability of the complaining witness.”
The move is not a surprise given the last hearing on the matter. Spacey’s legal team questioned the whereabouts of his accuser’s phone and whether or not he deleted information from it.
Mr Kevin Spacey who has been battling to redeem is already battered career due to some sexual assault allegations levelled against him by some other women did not give reasons why the case was dismissed and the alleged victim not showing up or they reached a private agreement him.
