According to reports, two people have been reportedly injured in the Raptors’ NBA victory parade on Monday, in Canada, as thousands flee the parade after gunshots were heard somewhere in the crowd.

Police were called after shots were fired at the rally for the Toronto Raptors’ NBA victory celebration, with Police confirming that two people were found seriously wounded. But Prime minister Justin Trudeau who was in attendant, Toronto’s mayor and the Raptors players remained on stage while the ceremony was interrupted by the shooting, as crowds fled.

Neither of the victims are believed to have suffered life-threatening injuries, Toronto police said on Twitter. Two people have been taken into custody and two firearms were recovered, police said. The investigation is still ongoing
