A popular American comedian Kevin Hart sued by a woman named Carmen Marrero who alleged that his security details violently struck and manhandled her in New York.
Carmen Marrero reports claimed has filed a lawsuit against Kevin Hart who is yet to react to this latest news, and his company Hartbeat Productions and one of his security guard for the alleged assault on January 9th 2019.
The woman had claimed that while she was walking on the sidewalk in New York and coincidentally, the comedian Kevin Hart was exiting a building where he had gone to screen his movie “The Upside” and a group of fans gathered to surround him, his security details assaulted and battered her while she was only trying to walk by.
She claimed she suffered serious injuries and shock and she is now seeking damages.
