The Duchess of Sussex Meghan makes her first public and Royal outing since she welcomed her newborn, and what time to do that than during the traditional Trooping the colour celebration by the Queen.
The Trooping the colour celebration where Meghan is making her first public outing since birth, is the official celebrations to mark the Sovereigns’ birthday of the Queen, which have often been held on a day other than the actual birthday, particularly when the actual birthday has not been in the summer.
According to tradition, the Queen usually spends her actual birthday privately, but the occasion is marked publicly by gun salutes in central London at midday: a 41 gun salute in Hyde Park, a 21 gun salute in Windsor Great Park and a 62 gun salute at the Tower of London.
Meghan since welcoming her son Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, was at the traditional Trooping the Colour, a celebration on Saturday alongside her husband, Prince Harry and other Royal family members.
The former Hollywood actress spotting a lovely blue Royal outfit and also a blue hat to match, emerged from Buckingham Palace in a horse-drawn carriage, sitting next to her husband Prince Harry, Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge, and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall.
