Timaya accused of clout chasing by fans, after his tribute to late American Rapper, Nipsey Hussle, who was shot and killed by his friend. The Dem Mama soldier quickly defended the lines, making it clear to the fan and others having such ideas, that such thing does not exit where he is. He said:
“NEVER we don’t do that here”
Clearly, for a guy that is well known world wide for his dancehall songs, and a man that has sold out shows everywhere, and a well established entertainer in his own right, sure gave a savage reply to the new term, ‘clout chasing’….NEVER in Timaya’s corner…lol.
Timaya had put out a tribute message to the late rapper on his Instagram account, where he praised him for what he did, saying he makes alot of people to want to do better. He said:
“Thanks for playing the actual role you came for. NIP makes alot of people to wanna be better” he said

The America rapper Nipsey Hussle was a few weeks back, shot and killed outside his clothing store in Los Angeles by his friend name Eric Holder.
The 33-year-old rapper was shot alongside two other of his friends just outside his clothing line store at about 3:20pm on 3400 blocks of Slauson Avenue, but did not make it out. He has since been buried while Police continue the trial of Eric Holder, the murder suspect.
