Suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen arrives the Code of Conduct Tribunal for his trial, in order to avoid arrest.
According to reports, Onnoghen appeared at the Tribunal to take his plea on the charge of false asset declaration against him.
The Mr Danladi Umar-led panel had on Wednesday, ordered key security agencies in the country to arrest Onnoghen and produce him for trial as he has consistently failed to appear, and to avoid a possible arrest, he decided to appear before the Tribunal today.
