Super Eagles of Nigeria top striker, Odion Ighalo has a few hours ago, confirmed that he has joined another Chinese Super League side, Shanghai Shenhua, which is a club that formerly had Argentine forward, Carlos Tevez playing for them.
Odion Ighalo is making the move, after weeks of speculations of whether or not he was going to leave the Chinese Super League and move back to the English Premier League where he was before his China move, or join Barcelona who were also interested in him before they settled for Kevin Boateng. But this announcement settles all that, as he looks to continue his football in China.
Odion Joins Shanghai Shenhua one of the biggest teams in the Chinese Super League after his former team Changchun Yatai were relegated last season, as all his goals could not save them from going down.
Ighalo confirming his move to Shanghai Shenhua, put out a post thanking his fans and former club for all their support, praying that they return to the Chinese Super League next season.
