Cesc Fabregas who announced his departure from Chelsea to French Ligue 1 side Monaco a few hours a ago, has put out a post which was an emotional farewell message to ChelseaFC and the fans.
Cesc Fabregas who won two league titles with Chelsea, his first being that with Jose Mourinho and a Carling Cup, and the second was with Antonio Conte, also with an FA Cup, said it was a difficult decision to leave, but he had to go.
Cesc putting up some photos of fun memories of his time at Chelsea, said:
“It’s with mixed emotions that I am writing this message. To everyone at Chelsea Football Club. The owner Mr Abramovich who brought me here, to my teammates who helped me win so many trophies, to the staff who made my time here so easy and to all you fans who made me feel so special week in week out. It has been an incredible journey and It is with great sadness that I must say goodbye. I will miss you all and wish you the best of luck for the future. @chelseafc #cfc” he said.
