The Brooklyn rapper born Daniel Hernandez was sentenced at the New York City courthouse Friday for a child sex case, that happened a few years ago.
According to TMZ report, the rapper was celebrating his lenient sentencing at a restaurant while meeting with an executive for 10k Projects before the shooting Incident happened…
It was reported that security for the executive turned away Hernandez’s bodyguard and an argument ensued, at which point, a third party approached the men and fired four rounds, hitting Hernandez’s bodyguard in the stomach.
The Police are still investigating the incident, as Hernandez’s probation sentence on Friday could be at risk, after he was issued with a stern caveat that he stay out of trouble or risk going to jail.
The judge ordered the rapper to serve four years probation and 1,000 hours of community service for violating the terms of a plea agreement stemming from his 2015 arrest for the use of a child in a sexual performance.
